Rent the Fairgrounds

If you are interested in Renting the Berlin Lion's Fairgrounds please complete the application below and someone from the Rental Committee will contact you.

Daily grounds fee is $1,000.00 for events with less than 250 attendees. Larger events will have a higher daily fee. Consumption of alcohol is prohibited. Please indicate any facilities requested above (Check all that apply).

Please note:
1. A walkthrough of the fairgrounds may be required to finalize the requested facilities.
2. Headquarters building is not available for use.
3. Allow a minimum of 90 days for your application to be processed for approval.
